Soundsteps Music School is one of London's biggest independent music schools teaching piano & keyboard to primary school aged children.
Welcome to our school website! I am very proud to be able to share with you an insight into the Soundsteps Music School and the opportunities your child will have learning and Creating Music with us!
Our school is a vibrant place where children are enthusiastic and motivated to find their love of Music from an early age. Our pupils are at the heart of every decision we make to ensure they are happy, confident and develop not only skills in playing Keyboard/Piano but also Music theory both reading and writing in every lesson.
At Soundsteps Music School we are continuing to open and develop new locations to bring access to Music for every child, we believe that children should be curious and creative about their learning. Our unique course is designed to get the most out of every child - they include visual imagery, quizzes and our own exciting pieces, which provide dynamic, fast-track learning in both keyboard and piano techniques.

Our school has a dedicated and passionate team that works hard to achieve excellence in everything we do. We aim for this to be further embedded through our successful relationships with parents, the local community and the Primary schools within the local area. We firmly believe that education is a partnership between home and school, and we regard parents and carers as active partners in a child's education. Not only do we provide the weekly Lesson Face to face and online but also support children in homework and practising through are unique Student Portals which give every child access to lesson videos. We value your interest and support as a parent and look forward to helping you and your child find your enjoyment of learning Music.
I hope that our website will give you as much information as possible about our school, the staff and the many lesson options along with extra-curricular activities such as school and Concert performances. It will develop over time as we add more information, but it could never replace the first-hand experience of coming to visit us.
