How Much Do We Cost?

Soundsteps Fees

• Our Beginner Term/Step 1 Fee is £127.50 for 9 Lessons (This can be paid in 3 monthly instalments of £44.50)
• From Second Term/Step 2 up to our Final Step 15 every term fee is £178 for 12 Lessons (This can be paid in 4 monthly instalments of £44.50)

Below is the monthly breakdown should you decide to pay in Monthly instalments for lessons:

• Autumn Term - August, September, October and November
• Spring Term – December, January, February and March.
• Summer Term - April, May, June, July

Termly or Monthly Payments

Please note that Termly or Standing order payments are due on time. If you pay termly you will be emailed with a payment deadline date. If you pay monthly via Standing order you will be given a date although you can change this but must inform the office first. Please note that monthly payments are expected every month of the year even during school holidays. This is because the total cost of the scheduled lessons in a term is spread over 4 months and there are 3 terms per year so payment is spread over 12 months. Payments are not based on the number of classes per month but spread across 4 months for each termly payment.

Sibling Discount – If you are enrolling more than 1 child there is a sibling discount – Termly you would pay £140 per child instead of the £178 per child or if paying monthly you would pay £35 per month per child.

Soundsteps Trinity Fees

Our Trinity Term Fees every term is £180 per term for 12 Lessons - (This can be paid in 4 monthly instalments of £45)

Ofsted/Government Vouchers

Unfortunately we do not currently accept any Government or childcare vouchers, we are still working with the government and councils to sort this but as we do not look after the child for a minimum of 2 hours in one setting (As our classes are only 1 hour long) we are unable to claim back for vouchers. Funding can be sourced through councils but we ask that parents do this directly with their funding providers and then pay us directly.

Notice Period:

Please note that whether you pay termly or monthly you are committed till the end of term and cannot stop classes during term time as we are unable to close classes during this time as it would be unfair to other students.

Please remember that should you wish to withdraw your child from keyboard lessons next term, we must receive notice in writing before the end of this current term (I.E before your last lesson), as children are automatically re enrolled for next steps. Phone call Messages or telling the teacher will not be accepted. Cancelations made after your last lesson of term will not be accepted and you will need to pay the following terms fees even if you can’t attend although we can see if we have other options for you to attend.
