Soundsteps Music School is one of London's biggest independent music schools teaching piano & keyboard to primary school aged children.
Soundsteps unique course is designed to get the most out of every child - they include visual imagery, quizzes and our own exciting pieces, which provide dynamic, fast-track learning in both keyboard and piano techniques. Soundsteps very own "Keyboard Street" is a core part of bringing reading and writing Music to life. Students learn new notes through Charlie and his Cat who live in the middle of Keyboard Street!
This technique helps students remember and learn notes whilst developing their ability to Read and Write Music. As Students progress each term through the Steps they learn more notes and meet more characters from "Keyboard Street" such as Danny and Charlie's Cat.
